      Return Policy

      Free EU returns within 30 days. You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on brixton.com in its original packaging, tags included, within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your method of payment used.

      Refund Policy

      After your return has been received, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Returns are credited to the same card or PayPal account used to make your purchase. If you require that the refund be processed to an alternative form of payment, please note this on the return form and we will contact you for further details. DO NOT include sensitive information such as credit card numbers with your return.

      Our team at info.eu@brixton.com will send a confirmation email with receipt when your refund has been submitted.

      If a return is received after 30 days or does not otherwise meet the requirements of our return policy it will be returned to the return address listed on the package. Brixton monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

      Exchanges

      Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you'd like. EU returns are free within 30 days.

      Gift Returns

      Brixton does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for items purchased through 3rd party retailers. If you would like to return a gift, it will be required that you provide the original order number for the online purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the transaction. Exchanges and store credit are not available for gift returns.

      Damaged & Defective Item Claims

      If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service.

      We will gladly assist you with a return and refund of any item purchased on the Brixton website if it arrives damaged or defective.

      We may require you to send images of the damage or further information. Replacements will not be provided by Brixton. A new order can be placed at any time through our website if the preferred item is available.

      For damaged or defective items purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.

      Shipping Information

      Order Processing

      Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days before it is shipped. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

      Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

      After your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.

      Delivery

      Standard shipping time for EU orders is 1–3 business days. For orders to the UK, the estimated shipping time is 3–4 business days.

      Cancel Or Modify Order

      To cancel an order, please immediately email our Customer Service department at info.eu@brixton.com. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

      Once an order has been submitted, its contents cannot be modified. Please be sure to input the correct address, email, payment method, and item selections. We cannot change the colors, styles or sizes of your selections once the order has been confirmed.

      Order Fulfillment

      If an order cannot be fulfilled, the order will be cancelled within 1-4 business days and the amount paid will be refunded. The customer will be notified of the cancellation at this time. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to return to your account depending on your bank’s policies.

      If one or more items in an order are found to be out of stock, Brixton will proceed with shipping the remaining items and adjust the order subtotal to reflect these changes. The customer will be notified from our customer service about the adjusted order. At this time, we are unable to make substitutions for out of stock items.

      Shipping Rates

      All orders under €99 are charged a flat rate shipping fee. Orders over €99 ship for free.
